How to use TazaQala

Take a photo of the problem, mark the spot — and watch it get cleaned up. Your first report takes about a minute.

Step by step

Your first report in five steps

Open tazaqala.com

  • Scan the QR code from a poster or flyer;
  • or search for “tazaqala” and open tazaqala.com.

Tap “Report a problem” on the home page — or the green “Report” button at the top of any page.

No app to install — everything works in your phone’s browser. Switch the language in the menu: ҚАЗ, РУС or ENG.

Photograph the problem

  • Tap “Take a photo” — the camera opens right away;
  • capture the whole spot so it is easy to recognise;
  • if the photo has a geotag, the map pin is placed automatically.
Photos from the gallery are not accepted: you need a fresh shot taken on the spot.

Check the spot on the map

  • Tap “Detect my location” or tap the map;
  • the region, district and address fill in automatically — marked “detected automatically”;
  • if the pin is off, drag it or correct the fields by hand.
An accurate location matters: it routes the report to the right district’s cleaning service.

Choose the type and submit

  • Violation type * — illegal dumping, air pollution, damage to nature, a hazardous tree or irrigation ditches;
  • Description — optional, but gives +5 points;
  • tap “Submit report”.
The bar at the bottom shows how many required steps are done. The button works only once — no duplicates are sent.

Follow the result

  • After you submit, your report page opens;
  • it shows the current stage, and an “after” photo appears once it is cleaned;
  • registered residents find all their reports under “My reports”.
You can share a report and support others’ — this shows which problems matter most to residents.
Statuses

What happens to a report

The colours match the pins on the map.

  1. PendingThe report was received; a moderator is checking the photo and location.
  2. In progressThe report was approved: a crew is cleaning the spot, then a moderator compares the “before” and “after” photos.
  3. CleanedThe problem is fixed — the report page has an “after” photo, and you got a bonus.
  4. RejectedThe report was not accepted — the reason comes in a notification.
NotificationsRegistered residents get notifications (the bell icon) when a report is taken into work, rejected or cleaned up — with “before and after” photos.

All the city’s reports on one map

  • At the top — how many reports there are in total, waiting, in progress and cleaned;
  • filters by problem type, status and region;
  • “Map” or “Satellite” view; tap a pin to open the report.

You can report anonymously. An account lets you earn points, get notifications and see your report history.

Grow together with the city

You earn points for every report and for places that get cleaned up. Exchange them for prizes.

Do I need to register to report a problem?

No, you can report anonymously. However, points and report history are only available after registration.

Why can’t I upload a photo from my gallery?

A fresh camera shot proves the problem exists right now and usually stores the exact location. That way crews don’t travel to spots that are already clean.

The location is wrong — what should I do?

Drag the pin on the map or tap the right spot. The region, district and address can be corrected by hand.

Why was my report rejected?

The moderator always states the reason — it arrives in a notification. Most often it is a blurry photo, an incorrect district, or a duplicate.

When will the problem be cleaned up?

Timelines depend on the district cleanup service. Track the status — you will receive a notification with a photo when the work is complete.

How do I get a prize?

Open “Rewards”, choose a reward and tap “Claim prize”. The points are deducted and the organisers will contact you. View rewards
